Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the PostaRoast.com website (the "Service") operated by PostaRoast ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Account and Service Usage
To use our Service, you must sign up via a magic link sent to a valid email address. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. You are granted one (1) free credit upon signing up. Subsequent use of the service requires the purchase of additional credits or a subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to send content that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you request the AI to generate and the recipients you send it to. PostaRoast.com is a tool for entertainment, and any use for bullying or harassment is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. AI-Generated Content
The "roasts" generated by the Service are created by an artificial intelligence model. While we strive to ensure the content is humorous and aligns with the selected tone, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, appropriateness, or quality. The content is generated for entertainment purposes only and should be treated as such. You acknowledge that the generated content may not be unique and similar roasts may be generated for other users.
3. Payments and Credits
All purchases of credit packs and subscriptions are handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual items that can only be used to generate and send roasts via the Service. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased credits do not expire.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PostaRoast, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
